Josu Jon Imaz Chief Executive Officer, Repsol With a Doctorate in Chemical Sciences from the University of the Basque Country, he graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Sciences in San Sebastian and received the award of excellence upon completing his degree. Mr. Imaz joined the Repsol Group in 2008 leading its subsidiary Petronor, a company where he managed the challenges regarding modernization, sustainability, and community relations. From 2010 to 2012, he led the Refining and the New Energies Area in Repsol. From November 2011 to September 2014, he was also President of the Spanish Association of Oil Product Operators (AOP). On 30 April 2014 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Repsol and member of the Delegate Committee. From September 2016 to February 2018, he was also Vice Chairman of Gas Natural SDG, S.A. He is currently CEO of Repsol, trustee of the Repsol Foundation, and chairman of Fundación Consejo España-EE.UU. Repsol

Luis Cabra Deputy Chief Exec. Officer, Repsol Luis Cabra is currently Executive Managing Director of Energy Transition, Technology, Institutional Affairs, and Deputy CEO. He has also been member of Repsol's Executive Committee since 2012. He joined Repsol in 1984 as a process engineer at the A Coruña refinery in Spain. Since then till 2012, he held management positions in Refining, E&P and corporate units. From 2012 to July 2018, he served as the Executive Managing Director of Exploration and Production. Luis Cabra holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Complutense University of Madrid and has completed business management studies at INSEAD and IMD. He has represented Repsol in various international associations. In June 2021, he was appointed President of FuelsEurope and Concawe, associations that represent the European fuel manufacturers. Cristina Lobillo Director Energy Policy, European Commission Originally, from Cordoba in Spain, Cristina Lobillo Borrero is a lawyer with qualifications from Spain, Belgium and the Harvard Business School. Having previously worked in the Spanish government for the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, she joined the European Commission in 2004, working originally on agriculture policy and then moving to trade issues. From 2014 to 2019 she was the Head of Cabinet to the then EU Commissioner for Climate Action and Energy, Miguel Arias Cañete. As Commissioner Miguel Arias Cañete was the EU’s chief negotiator in the COP, she was present in Paris for parts of the COP21 session and therefore had an important role in the EU team. Former Commissioner’s term in office was also noted for its successful overhaul of EU energy legislation under the so-called Clean energy for all Europeans package. From December 2019 to June 2020, she was Principal Adviser at the Directorate General for Agriculture and, from June 2020 to June 2022, she was Director for Energy Policy: Strategy and Coordination in the European Commission’s Directorate General for Energy. In this role, she was heavily involved in the preparations of the legislative proposals of “fit for 55” package. Her responsibilities as Director also included overseeing EU international relations on energy issues, coordination with Member States as well as with the EU institutions, together with the communication, legal and economic aspects of EU energy policy. Atul Arya Senior Vice President & Chief Energy Strategist, S&P Global Atul Arya, Senior Vice President and Chief Energy Strategist, S&P Global, is responsible for integrating energy content, analysis and insights across the entire energy value chain and for C-suite client engagements. Atul’s areas of expertise include energy strategy, climate change, energy transition, renewables, CCS, Hydrogen, clean energy technologies, upstream oil and gas and energy markets. He has previously led Energy Insight, Research and Analysis, and Energy Research teams at IHS and IHS Markit and held leadership positions with bp globally in oil and gas, solar PV, technology planning and corporate strategy. Atul has previously served on boards of several companies and institutions including Tata BP Solar, Green Mountain Energy and National Council for Atmospheric Research. He was a member of the World Economic Forum’s Agenda Councils on Climate Change, Advanced Energy Technologies & Future of Oil and Gas and served as Adjunct Senior Fellow at Council on Foreign Relations. Pratima Rangarajan Chief Executive Officer, OGCI Climate Investments Dr. Pratima Rangarajan is the CEO of Climate Investment where she leads our team in driving impact and returns through our investments in under-served GHG-intensive sectors within energy, industry, built environments and transportation. Dr. Rangarajan is responsible for the firm’s engagement with policymakers, OGCI member companies, senior stakeholders, investors, customers and operators across the wider energy and industry ecosystems, and for driving collaboration opportunities to scale and accelerate emissions reduction. Before joining Climate Investment, Dr. Rangarajan was the General Manager for GE’s Onshore Wind product Line and the General Manager for GE’s Energy Storage Start up. She had previously held the role of Deputy Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Emerging Technology and Research at Vestas Wind Systems. Ana Palacio Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Spain, Visiting Professor, Georgetown Univer Ana Palacio, an international lawyer by training, was the first female Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain. Apart from her long career in public service – from leading positions in European institutions to the front lines of the World Bank Group – she has specialized in energy matters. Ms. Palacio currently sits on the corporate boards of publicly-traded energy-focused companies and is a member of the International Advisory Board of OCP Group. She also serves on the Industry Advisory Committee of the International Energy Forum, along with the External Advisory Committee of Secretary Ernest Moniz’s Energy Futures Initiative. She contributes regularly to different publications and is a regular speaker at international conferences on topics related to geopolitics and energy (notably, in the last few months, at the 8th International OPEC Seminar, the 2023 Aspen-Columbia Global Energy Forum, and the Columbia Global Energy Summit 2023, celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the University’s Center on Global Energy Policy). Ms. Palacio served as a member of the Executive Committee and Senior Vice President for International Affairs of Areva, leader in nuclear power and renewable energy, and she was a member of the International Advisory Board of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Joseba Murillas Exec. Dir. Exploration & Business Development, Repsol Joseba joined Repsol in Spain in 1990. Since then he has served in technical and managerial positions of increasing responsibility within the Upstream organization, including assignments in Algeria, Indonesia, Spain, Venezuela, USA (twice) and Argentina. His first executive appointment was in 2004 as Repsol Exploration and BD Director for Argentina, Bolivia and Brazil out of BsAs. He later became Exploration and BD Director for YPF in 2008, and Regional Exploration Director for Latin America out of Houston since 2010. In 2015 and after 25 years of international assignments, he returned to Madrid and was appointed Global Exploration Executive Director in 2016. Liz Schwarze Vice-President Exploration, Chevron Liz Schwarze is Vice President of Global Exploration for Chevron Upstream, based in Houston, Texas. In this role, she is responsible for Chevron’s worldwide exploration program and chairs the company’s Global Exploration Leadership Team. Liz joined Chevron in 1990 as a development geologist in the Gulf of Mexico and has had assignments in the areas of exploration, reservoir management, strategy and planning, talent development and technology. She has had assignments in multiple locations in the United States, in Venezuela and in Singapore and has worked on projects around the world. Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in geology from Duke University, a master’s degree in geology from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s in business administration from Tulane University. She is the Chair of the Corporate Advisory Board for the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the College of Natural Science and Mathematics at the University of Houston. Aldo Napolitano Exploration Director, ENI Aldo Napolitano has a degree in Geology from the University of Milan ans has been in the Oil & Gas sector since more than 35 years. At ENI, Aldo has filled the position of exploration manager in countries in North Africa and Europe, then filled head office positions with regional and then worldwide responsibility for exploration planning and new ventures. In 2011, Aldo took on the position of Managing Director for Eastern Europe and then Far East countries with exploration activity. Beginning in 2016 he was in charge of management of all projects in the exploration portfolio of ENI. In June 2022 he was appointed Exploration Director. Eni

Marc Gerrits Exec. VP of Exploration, Shell International Marc was appointed to the role of Executive Vice President Exploration in February 2017. In this role, Marc has global accountability for exploration operations and new business opportunities worldwide. Marc’s career has spanned a variety of exploration roles since joining Shell in Australia as a geologist in 1986, bringing over thirty years of experience and leadership expertise to the Shell Group. From February 2015, prior to his current role Marc held the position of Vice President Strategy and Portfolio, Upstream and Integrated Gas. Marc holds a geology degree from the University of Queensland in Australia, and an Executive MBA from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Marc is married with two daughters. Shell International

John Ardill Vice-President of Global Exploration, ExxonMobil John Ardill is Vice President of Global Exploration at ExxonMobil, located in Houston, Texas. He was born in the UK and is a U.S. citizen, having worked in the U.S., Europe, South America and the Middle East. After receiving his B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Edinburgh in 1992 and Ph.D. from the University of Liverpool in 1996, John began his career as a geologist with Exxon in London. Over the last 25 years with ExxonMobil, John has held various leadership positions in Exploration, Development, Production, Research, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate. In his current role, John is responsible for ExxonMobil’s exploration activities around the world. Max Brouwers Chief Business Development Officer, Getech Max is an energy executive focussed on driving the energy transition. He is currently Chief Business Development Officer for Getech, where he leads the growth for all of the company’s priority sectors: petroleum, hydrogen, CCS, geothermal, and strategic minerals. He has at track record of forging partnerships with governments, national oil companies, boards and across directorates. Max started his career at Shell in 1996 and his last role there was Vice President Exploration for Europe, Russia and Caspian. In his time with Shell he directed exploration & energy transition activities in 17 countries and delivered commercial deals valued in excess of $ 2 billon. Robert Winsloe Exec. Vice President, Eavor Origination Robert has 40 years international business development, sales, marketing and management experience in the energy industry. Graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he spent the first 7 years living and working in Indonesia, Australia and India for Schlumberger. Returning to Europe he joined IBM’s energy division, before going on to build and manage international sales and marketing organisations for Halliburton and IHS, as well as securing energy development contracts across Europe, Asia and Africa and North and South America. He has been a frequent Government advisor on projects ranging from energy planning in Angola to infrastructure development and capacity building in Iraq and Mauritania to strategic gas development in China. Angelika Zartl-Klik Sr. VP Renewable and Geothermal Energy, OMV Angelika is Senior Vice President of Renewable and Geothermal Energy for OMV. She holds an MS and a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Civil Engineering from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna. As Senior VP at OMV, she is responsible for the buildup and management of renewable energy including the establishment of renewable and geothermal capacity totaling 10 Twh by the year 2030. OMV

Ann Robertson-Tait President, GeothermEx Ann Robertson-Tait is the President of GeothermEx, a consultancy that has worked exclusively in the geothermal sector for the past 50 years. Ann has worked on hundreds of geothermal projects in more than 50 countries. She advocates for and increases the visibility of geothermal energy’s wide spectrum of utilization options, providing input to energy policy, informing electricity providers and customers about geothermal energy, and increasing awareness and funding for the only major renewable source of clean 24/7 power. Because geothermal energy “partners well” with other technologies and renewable energy sources, Ann is currently focusing on hybrid geothermal solutions, creating new synergies that multiply the green benefits of individual technologies and advance the wholesale energy transformation underway today. Ann completed an MSc in Geology at the University of Auckland in New Zealand, supported by a Fulbright Scholarship. She is currently the Global Chair of Women in Geothermal (WING), and has participated in the Geothermal Rising Policy Committee for many years. Jan-Henk Van Konijnenburg Head of Metals Exploration, Europe/Africa, BHP Jan-Henk is an integrative business leader with over 25 years of experience in various extractive industries. Paul Riley Exploration Mgr. Guyana and Suriname, ExxonMobil Paul Riley received his Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience from Franklin and Marshall College in 2004. He then received a Master’s degree (2006) and a Doctorate degree (2010) in Structural Geology from the University of Wisconsin. He joined ExxonMobil in 2011, where he began working production opportunities in West Africa. From 2011-2018, he worked basins across Africa, South America, and the Middle East. Tomás Zapata Director of Exploration Operations, Repsol Tomás Zapata has a Geology degree from Buenos Aires University, Argentina, where he worked as Petroleum Geology Assistant Professor from 2001 to 2011. He holds a Ph.D from Cornell University in Structural Geology and Tectonics. Since 1996, he has conducted Exploration activities working at Repsol, occupying different technical and managerial positions, throughout Latin America basins. He has focused his exploration studies on the Andean fold and thrust belt, where he participated on several oil and deep gas discoveries in the Austral, San Jorge and Neuquen Basin of Argentina, and the SubAndean basin of Bolivia, Perú and Colombia, and recently in Alaska and offshore GoM and México. Tomás worked as a Structural Geology specialist for the Exploration study teams and published more than 40 papers on Structural Geology and Tectonics of the Andes. He has occupied various managerial positions as well as executive ones such as Director of International Exploration, Director of Geology, and Director of Exploration Operations. He is currently working as Director of Exploration, managing the Repsol exploration business for Bolivia, Perú, Colombia, Guyana, Brazil, Mexico, Libya, Indonesia, and the US. In 2023, he was appointed as the Delegate of Argentina for the G20 Science20 meetings on Green Energy for a Cleaner and Just World. Repsol

Jarand Rystad CEO, Rystad Energy Jarand Rystad founded Rystad Energy in 2004 and has, since its inception, managed the company. Jarand has extensive experience in the energy strategy advisory business and his areas of expertise include energy system analysis, energy scenarios, renewables, supply chains, emissions, asset and company valuations and transactions, macro analysis, and all aspects of the energy transition. As an established thought leader in these and other fields, Jarand is a frequent keynote speaker at international conferences related to energy. J. Carlos Vicente DE Europe, Africa, and Asia, Repsol Sinopec José Carlos holds a degree in Geological Science from the University of the Basque Country and an Executive MBA from IESE (University of Navarra), Madrid. José Carlos de Vicente joined Repsol in 1997, as Exploration Team Leader in the Spanish Business Unit and led the Exploration of the Mediterranean area. From 1999 to 2005 he led the Regional Studies Division worldwide. He then moved to the Houston office as Exploration Manager for North America. In 2008 José Carlos was appointed Director of E&P Business Development and became member of the Upstream Executive Committee. In 2013 he was appointed Executive Regional Director of the Caribbean Region, encompassing Colombia Venezuela and Trinidad & Tobago. Since mid-2015 he was appointed Corporate Director M&A, based in Madrid. His current position, is Regional Executive Director Europe, Africa & Brazil. Andrew Latham VP Energy Research, Wood Mackenzie Andrew has over 30 years experience assisting majors and independents in the development of their energy strategies. He currently leads Wood Mackenzie’s subsurface research content across all aspects of the upstream oil and gas and emerging geo-energy industries. Andrew previously led the Exploration Strategy offering within the Upstream Consulting business. He worked with clients to help optimize their investments in petroleum exploration and advised on strategy, process, opportunity characterisation and evaluation. As part of this offering, Andrew directed Wood Mackenzie’s series of multi-client projects on deepwater, Arctic and exploration themes. Andrew has been with Wood Mackenzie’s energy team since 1995. Until the end of 2001, he managed the team responsible for Sub-Saharan Africa research products and consultancy, undertaking a range of market analysis and regional strategy projects. He started his career in 1990 as an international new ventures geologist with Ranger Oil. Later, as Ranger focused on West Africa, he became project geologist for Angola. Andrea Cozzi Head of Strategic Evolution, ENI Andrea Cozzi is currently Head of the Exploration Strategic Evolution Unit at Eni and Managing Director of Eni Lebanon. He joined Eni 17 years ago and before moving in May 2023 to the present position based in HQ (Milan, Italy), Andrea covered several roles in exploration , moving from technical into growing managerial responsibility ones and worked in Italy, India, Angola, Libya, Egypt and U.A.E. Previously, Andrea worked as a Lecturer at the Department of Earth Sciences at ETH Zurich (Switzerland). Andrea holds a Laurea in Geology cum laude from University of Trieste (Italy) and a Master of Arts and Ph.D. in Carbonate Geology and Geochemistry from the Johns Hopkins University (U.S.A.). Mathios Rigas Chief Executive Officer, Energean Mr. Rigas is a founding shareholder of Energean. He is a Petroleum Engineer with a combination of oil & gas and investment banking experience. He has been the CEO of the Group since 2007 and has led Energean to successful listings on the London Stock Exchange and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and a couple of transformational deals, namely the acquisition of the Karish and Tanin fields, offshore Israel, in 2016, and the acquisition of Edison E&P in 2019. Under his leadership, Energean has been able to secure $3bn financing for its projects and become the first E&P company in the world ever to commit to becoming a net zero emitter by 2050. Being a leader of a rapidly growing E&P group, Mr. Rigas won the ‘Executive of the Year’ at the Oil and Gas Council’s Awards of Excellence in 2018. Prior to setting up Energean, Mr. Rigas spent 18 years in investment banking and private equity investments in oil & gas, project finance and shipping (Capital Connect Value Partners, Piraeus Bank’s Shipping Investment Banking division). As Vice President of Shipping, Energy & Project Finance at Chase Manhattan Bank in London (1993-1999), Mr. Rigas arranged financing in excess of US$5 billion, mainly in the oil & gas sector. Nick Feast Vice President NBD for Exploration, Shell Nick Feast is currently VP Exploration, accountable for building a stronger exploration portfolio to sustain performance. Nick has spent 25 years with Shell in a variety of technical and commercial roles, with postings in the Netherlands, China, Malaysia, Oman and London. Prior to this global role he was the Exploration Manager for Petroleum Development Oman. Through his involvement in the unconventionals business, Nick also gained experience of managing a several hundred people organisation, and multiple drilling rigs in a complex stakeholder environment. Prior to his career with Shell, Nick was a consultant geoscientist for nuclear/hazardous-waste disposal. He holds a first-class degree in geology from Cambridge University, an MBA with distinction from the University of Warwick and a PhD from the School of Environmental Sciences, University of East Anglia. He holds an MSc in Stratigraphy from the Federal University of Rio Grande do sul, Brazil. Otaviano joined PETROBRAS in 1986, after his graduation, as an Operation Geologist working in several basins in Brazil. After his Master Degree, in 1998, he worked as interpreter in the Brazilian Equatorial Margin for nearly eight years, from Foz do Amazonas to Potiguar basins. Assigned as interpretation manager in 2007 and General Exploration Manager in 2010, he led the interpretation teams of the Brazilian Equatorial Margin until 2013. Designated General Exploration Manager of all Brazilian Onshore basins until 2016, when he was assigned as General Manager of Geology and Petrophysics. From 2019 to 2023 he led the Strategic Program EXP100, being responsible for the development of several technological solutions to support Exploration Projects. His main interests today are the application of integrated geological and geophysical solutions to minimize risks and uncertainties in E&P Projects. Petrobras
