**Emeritus Members must be current members of AAPG or AGGEP with a minimum 30 years of membership and be 65 years old to qualify.

***Young Professionals are those who are under the age of 36 with less than 10 years of work experience.

****Non-Geo Guests may attend the conference as a guest of a conference registration. The guest may not be a member of any of the listed associations or professional industry.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can be made by contacting ICE Registration on or before 16 October via email at [email protected]
  • Cancellations received on or before 16 October will receive a refund LESS a US $75 processing fee.
  • Refunds will not be issued after 16 October or for “no shows.”
  • You may substitute one participant for another.
  • Refunds for the field trips can be made until 8 October. No refunds for the field trips can be made after this date.
